 Article 1 : |

The materiel and equipment rented is fully and solely the responsibility of the client, from the moment as he leaves our shop. In the event of no-return of equipment, for any reason, SKIMAX reserves the right to charge the full price of the equipment (as new) and also the price of the rental charge. |

| Article 2 : |
| |
The materiel and equipment we offer for rental is all in perfect condition and prepared for use under the normal conditions the manufacturer intended. All of our equipment is marked, and at the time of rental serial numbers is recorded. At the time of return these numbers will be checked. It is understood at the time of rental that any damage incurred for whatever reason, the price or repair will be charged to the client. In the event that the equipment is damaged beyond repair, the full price of the equipment will be charged plus the price of the rental. |

| Article 3 : |

The materiel and equipment rented are for the only use of the client and no one else. The client is expected to judge his level of competence and not to exceed that level with the equipment rented. |

| Article 4 : |
| |
The client may opt to rent with insurance. The client is expected to read the terms and conditions of the insurance as the cover is for items and equipment either lost, stolen or damaged a charge will be incurred if not in theses parameters (the terms and conditions are on public display by the cash desk). |

| Article 5 : |

The duration of the rental period is fixed for the time indicated on the receipt, from the first day at 8h30 to 19h30. The duration of rental may not be extended without first consulting the shop. The price of rental is fixed from the day the equipment is token until the day the equipment is returned. All terms and conditions are on full display for the client to read and understand. |

| Article 6 : |

A record of the clients bank card number will be kept for the duration of rental until return of all materiel and equipment rented. |

| Article 7 : |
| |
In the event of non-payment of rental charges, or the non-return of the materiel or damage of said equipment the shop reserves the right to charge the client, by using either the clients bank card number or contacting the client's bank directly (all terms and conditions are on display). |

| Article 8 : |
| |
There will be no extra charged incurred if all terms and conditions are met however in the event of late return and a half will be incurred. |

| Article 9 : |
| |
The only place in which all regulations and conditions of rental can be contested is local. All terms and conditions are expected to be understood by the client at the time of rental, and are in no part the responsibility of the registered. |
